Philadelphia's Chinese Lantern Festival returns to Franklin Square this weekend with over 1,100 new lantern designs, interactive exhibits and live cultural performances. The event offers food vendors, free giveaways on select Mondays and various family-friendly activities (inspired by the Year of the Horse) that will delight visitors.
