- ➤ Love City Brewing will open a two-story tasting room (5,884 sqft) at 4323 Main St in Manayunk this Spring, featuring a full bar, retail area and event space in a historic building. Co-owners Melissa and Kevin Walter said the venue will host private events and vendor markets. Metro Philadelphia

- ➤ State universities were flat-funded this year despite asking for a 6.5% increase and raised tuition by $25M as they prepare for falling enrollment.
