- ➤ Capitol reporters from Spotlight PA and The Philadelphia Inquirer will host a discussion on Governor Josh Shapiro’s memoir, Where We Keep the Light, Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. at A Novel Idea (a community bookstore in East Passyunk) to compare their insights on the memoir’s stories.
