- ➤ The Philadelphia Flower Show runs Feb. 28-March 8 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and features immersive installations such as The Forest Floor, American Landscape Showcase, and exhibits honoring indigenous and First Ladies’ gardening traditions. - ➤ Mural Arts Philadelphia is planning a mural that will honor Boyz II Men, with its dedication set for July at 1122 S. Broad Street near the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts. - ➤ PECO’s profit rose nearly 50% to $814 million in 2025 after a January 10% electricity and 12.5% natural gas rate increase. The Philadelphia-based utility will use the hikes to upgrade infrastructure + critics, including Gov. Shapiro, warn that higher bills burden consumers. WHYY
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, PennDOT began long-term repairs on southbound Route 202 in King of Prussia, detouring drivers from Prince Frederick Boulevard to Henderson Road onto Saulin Boulevard. Crews will drill up to 100 feet and inject grout (a process lasting until late fall) to stabilize the soil. KYW Newsradio

- ➤ On Wednesday morning at 94.1 WIP, Phillies executive Dave Dombrowski discussed a closed-door meeting with Bryce Harper, lockout uncertainty and Aidan Miller’s potential role. - ➤ This summer, the Jr. 76ers Basketball Camps will offer Day Camps from June 15 to Aug. 20 at various local sites for ages 6-14, plus an overnight camp from July 19-31 at Neumann University for ages 10-17. Campers will practice skills with current and former 76ers coaches. Metro Philadelphia
