- ➤ Philly PAWS is hosting its Match Madness Adoption Program through Apr. 6, allowing adopters to name their fee when adopting cats and dogs with special needs or long stays. Meet these pets on Mar. 28 from noon to 2 p.m. at PetSmart on Broad St (Washington Ave). WHYY
- ➤ Twenty encampment residents along the Delaware River Trail are set to be forced to leave Friday after contractors used a cowbell and machetes to clear tents last Wednesday. Advocates are asking the city to create safe sleep sites with bathrooms, showers, and 24/7 security to support those choosing street living. The Philadelphia Inquirer
