- ➤ Philadelphia will host the Block Party Bonanza this summer for America's 250th celebrations; 250 neighborhood parties will be drawn to receive a $250 ShopRite gift card and civic kits (patriotic decorations, mini Constitutions and outdoor toys) with permits approved between May 23 and Oct. 23.
