- ➤ Philadelphia Land Stewards Union launched Saturday in North Philadelphia to help local lot stewards gain priority to buy vacant lots from the Land Bank instead of selling to developers. Local leaders support the group’s plan to keep community land under local control. The Philadelphia Inquirer

- ➤ MV Realty agreed to pay nearly $650K and cancel over 1,300 homeowner benefit agreements in a proposed settlement that awaits court approval.
