- ➤ A 30-year-old man named Dachan Seay was arrested after a police officer was shot near Overbrook High School during dismissal time on May 7 on the 1900 block of N. 59th Street—he faces charges for aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, firearms violations and other crimes, with bail set at $10 million and a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 27. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
