- ➤ Philadelphia officials and Center City District announced upgrades to the 13th Street bike lane including flexible delineator posts and 18 modular curbs from Locust to Chestnut to improve cyclist safety—an approach based on Mexico City's method that supports the Vision Zero Action Plan. - ➤ Philadelphia Union fell 6-4 to Inter Miami on Saturday night (after scoring four first-half goals) and now head into the World Cup break at the bottom of the standings, with a home game against New York Red Bulls set for July 22. Metro Philadelphia

- ➤ Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey was named to the 2025-26 All-NBA Third Team after averaging a career-high 28.3 points and 38.0 minutes per game this season.
