- ➤ A vacant building on the Valley Forge Presbyterian Church grounds in Upper Merion is being redeveloped into a $6.2 million, 20-unit affordable housing complex that will finish construction by early 2027 — the church signed a 30-year lease with the Upper Merion Area Housing Association to run operations.
