- ➤ South Philly families feel relief after Gov. Shapiro confirmed a new I-76 ramp will run west from 7th Street—sparing the ballfields where local kids have played for generations. - ➤ Data from the U.S. Census Bureau shows that over the past decade, median household incomes more than doubled in Graduate Hospital, Grays Ferry, and Point Breeze while the citywide rise was far smaller.
