  • The Odunde Festival celebrated 50 years in Philadelphia on Sunday with live music and traditional cuisine along 23rd and South Streets—thousands of families gathered to honor African heritage and local arts despite intermittent rain.   • Pennsylvania lawmakers show bipartisan support for energy bills to boost electricity production and regulate clean energy, but Senate Majority Leader Joe Pittman said he will delay debate until the court rules on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
