- ➤ Philadelphia police say that a deliberately set four-alarm fire gutted the vacant Admiral Court apartment complex at 48th & Locust last weekend tied to notorious landlord Phil Pulley and that more than 150 firefighters brought the blaze under control in about two hours with no injuries reported.
