- ➤ Two separate stabbings happened Saturday night in Philadelphia when an argument on South Yewdall Street led to a 56-year-old woman dying after being stabbed multiple times with a knife and a later fight in Kensington left a man in his 40s critically injured after being stabbed with a screwdriver—police arrested the suspect from the first incident and are still searching for the suspect in the second. - ➤ Bucks County man Miles Pfeffer (facing first-degree murder charges) will begin his trial on Monday after he is accused of fatally shooting Temple University Police Officer Christopher Fitzgerald more than two years ago near (17th Street and Montgomery Avenue) during his patrol amid a recent surge in robberies and carjackings.
