Bucks County man Miles Pfeffer (facing first-degree murder charges) will begin his trial on Monday after he is accused of fatally shooting Temple University Police Officer Christopher Fitzgerald more than two years ago near (17th Street and Montgomery Avenue) during his patrol amid a recent surge in robberies and carjackings.
