- ➤ Safety improvements are coming to the West Philly intersection at 58th Street and Baltimore Avenue after a cyclist was killed by a turning truck — new signal heads, pedestrian timers, and vehicle detection sensors will be installed starting next June and finish by summer — as part of a federally funded corridor project.
