CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Police responded before 2 a.m. on Friday to a shooting at North 18th and West Huntingdon streets in North Philadelphia where three teen victims were found, with one teen fatally shot in the head and back near a church and a dark sedan bringing two others to a hospital—one suffered critical injuries from shots in the back and leg and one 16-year-old was stable while investigators noted the car was stolen and had a screwdriver in its ignition. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Harcum College in Bryn Mawr received a $40 million gift from the estate of former board member Louise Strauss — the largest donation in its 110-year history.
