- ➤ Temple nurses and techs ratified a new three-year contract that includes wage increases of 3% to 3.25% and enhanced safety measures—covering 2,600 workers and averting a strike set to begin Monday. The Philadelphia Inquirer
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Brevet Capital Management presented plans for an apartment tower at 1341 S. Christopher Columbus Blvd. that will have 620 units and a small retail building—future phases may add two more towers while meeting city rules for housing trust contributions and public space improvements along the Delaware River Trail. The project will start building the first 380-foot tower in summer and may adjust parking and traffic solutions along Columbus Boulevard. The Philadelphia Inquirer
