- ➤ Sonder, a short-term rental firm in Center City, closed its operations after Marriott ended their deal and the firm announced plans for Chapter 7 bankruptcy due to severe financial constraints. - ➤ Philadelphia is brightening up the season with several holiday light shows that kick off on Nov. 20 and run through early next year—events include a free display at Franklin Square with 1,000 twinkling lights, a dazzling light installation at the Zoo with over a million lights, a festive trolley tour of decorated neighborhoods, and family-friendly nights at the Abington Art Center, Morris Arboretum and Elmwood Park Zoo.
