- ➤ Philadelphia City Planning Commission today launched a public survey asking residents to share their hopes and dreams for the city as it updates its comprehensive plan for the next 25 years. Residents may submit responses online or at 25 stations until Jan. 30, and the commission will host virtual sessions on Dec. 12 at noon and Dec. 18 at 6 p.m.—steps that will help guide future planning.
